The room lacked basic amenities, specifically a fridge. I couldn't connect to the WiFi during my entire stay, which was unacceptable for my work commitments. the breakfast situation was a total disaster. the staff was nonexistent when I needed assistance, and I couldn't even grab a bite before checking out.

The tram stop right outside made exploring the city a breeze. street noise at night was quite disruptive.

Waking up to a hearty breakfast and excellent tram connections was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of my room.

We had a nice 4-night stay. The tram stop right outside made exploring easy, just 20 mins to Old Town. Breakfast options were great—loved the pastries! The only bummer was some street noise at night. the room was comfy and clean, and the staff was super friendly.

It's just a balanced option for a city trip in Prague with value for price. The tram service really is excellent with one stop just outside. Be cautious when getting on and off the tram, it can be quick!
