Excellent transportation connections for easy city exploration.
The room lacked basic amenities, specifically a fridge. I couldn't connect to the WiFi during my entire stay, which was unacceptable for my work commitments. the breakfast situation was a total disaster. the staff was nonexistent when I needed assistance, and I couldn't even grab a bite before checking out.

The tram stop right outside made exploring the city a breeze. street noise at night was quite disruptive.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13tidy roomsquick accessmissing fridge
Clean and tidy rooms provide a decent experience. Tram service right outside delivers quick access to the city center, with trams showing up every few minutes.
The rooms lack a fridge, which is a hassle for storing snacks or drinks. The shower is over the bathtub without a holder, meaning you have to hold the showerhead. Hallways are echoey, making it easy to hear conversations from other guests, which can disrupt quiet moments. breakfast offerings might not appeal to those preferring savory options, leaning more toward sweet pastries.

The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring the city.
Unfortunately, the noise from the tram outside made it difficult to sleep at times, especially during the night.

Chur, the room was comfy, but the street noise from the trams was a real pain at night. Breakfast was a solid spread, though heaps simple.

Convenient location, but noisy nights
Waking up to a hearty breakfast and excellent tram connections was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of my room.
The noise from the tram outside made it hard to sleep, especially during the night. my room was not cleaned during my stay, and the towels were not changed.

Convenient stay with solid amenities
We had a nice 4-night stay. The tram stop right outside made exploring easy, just 20 mins to Old Town. Breakfast options were great—loved the pastries! The only bummer was some street noise at night. the room was comfy and clean, and the staff was super friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay with a delightful breakfast spread that featured lovely pastries and fresh fruit every morning. The hotel also had a cozy lounge area and a beautiful terrace where I could unwind after a long day. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, which made snack storage a bit tricky, but overall, I had a great time! 😊

The Double or Twin Room was nicely spacious, and I really appreciated the good heating. kept me cozy during the chilly nights. It was clean and had a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day exploring. But the shower over the bath without a holder was a bit inconvenient, and the towels could be larger. a solid stay!

It's just a balanced option for a city trip in Prague with value for price. The tram service really is excellent with one stop just outside. Be cautious when getting on and off the tram, it can be quick!

The staff were exceptionally kind (Helena truly went above and beyond! ). Breakfast offered a good variety, despite being the same each day. Tram access was super convenient right in front of the hotel—so easy to explore!
It would have been great to have a fridge in the room for convenience (just a small hiccup! ).
